Vigo County conducts two Point-In-Time counts each year to gain insight into the hardships of those experiencing homelessness and those at risk, and to identify service gaps, with the summer count taking place on July 23rd and offering free medical exams, HIV/Hep C testing, haircuts, and other resources.
