The ninth annual Catholic Charities Rubber Duck Regatta will take place at Fairbanks Park on Saturday, with thousands of rubber ducks adopted by local individuals racing down a homemade water slide for a chance to win a $10,000 cash prize and a chance at winning $1,000,000.
