Indiana police warn of e-bike and e-scooter regulations

The Washington Police Department is reminding Hoosiers of the regulations regarding e-bikes and e-scooters, which must have operating pedals, a motor of 750 watts or less, and a maximum assisted speed of no more than 28 mph, and must be operated in accordance with Indiana law.
