According to a release from ISP, preliminary investigative details indicate the vehicle was traveling north on York Street at Hilltop Drive at approximately 2:15 p.m. Sunday when it left the roadway and overturned, landing on the driver’s side.
Two people were inside the vehicle at the time of the crash. The driver, Fred Hain, 72, of Martinsville, has been identified. An eight-year-old female passenger was in the vehicle with Hain, but has not been identified. The release did not state the condition of Hain or his passenger.
