KNOX COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – A Vincennes man is facing charges in connection to a wreck this summer that killed two people.
Indiana State Police say on June 12, 27-year-old Joshua A. Roark of Vincennes was driving on State Road 159 when he crossed the center line and crashed into a vehicle head-on.
The two people in that vehicle, 71-year-olds John and Rita Buck of Freelandville, were killed in the crash.
State Police say Roark was under the influence of methamphetamine. Authorities say Roark turned himself in at the Knox County Jail where he posted bond and was later released.
He faces two counts of causing death while driving under the influence of methamphetamine.
