CARLISLE, Ind. – Wabash Valley Correctional Facility celebrated 20 offenders who completed a career readiness program.
These men took part in the Master Student Master Employee/National Career Readiness Certification.
WVCF implemented MSME-NCRC in 2016. The program is geared toward helping offenders gain the skills necessary to transition from the classroom to the workforce.
Participants do interactive journal entries, hands-on activities and study information specific to career readiness and workplace development. Through the course curriculum they gain valuable education to help them obtain their National Career Readiness Certification.
