Terre Haute has a community pool located at Deming Park that is a good alternative for those looking to swim this summer.
Terre Haute City Parks and Recreation Assistant Director Jennifer Johnson said the limited swimming locations in town make the park popular among community members. She said with the closure of Fowler, she expects even more people at Deming Park’s pool this summer season.
