GREENE Co., Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Arrangements for the funeral of a Greene County teen killed in a crash Monday have been announced.
18-year-old Caleb Schmidt died at the scene of a one-vehicle crash at the intersection of Martin and Antioch Roads.
Schmidt was a junior at Bloomfield Junior-Senior High School and was on track to graduate early.
Grief counselors gathered at the school Thursday. There was also a prayer circle.
A visitation for Schmidt will be held Monday from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Bloomfield First Baptist Church. His funeral will be held Tuesday at noon at the church.
He will be buried at Grandview Cemetery in Bloomfield.
The crash still remains under investigation.
