TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – This evening, a Terre Haute neighborhood prepared themselves for the Christmas season.
Friday, 12 Points community members held their second annual Christmas tree lighting.
The tree is placed Gold Medal Plaza.
Mayor Duke Bennett had the honor of lighting the tree.
The event also included Christmas caroling by students at Oubache Elementary, pictures with Santa, and snacks.
This is part of the continuing efforts to revitalize the 12 Points area.
