TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — There’s a new Menards in town and it opened for business on Tuesday.
Menards’ Terre Haute South location is considered a mega store and is the second in the city.
The store’s manager Ralf Hamerski said having two stores in Terre Haute will give customers a greater shopping convenience.
Hamerski added that the store’s opening is historical for the Midwest-based chain, and the company looks forward to customers seeing what they have been working on inside the store.
“We’re anticipating a lot of people are going to be coming down to check us out. We’ve had a lot of interest in the new location and people are super excited that we’re now open,” said Ralf Hamerski, the store’s manager.
The new store will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sundays.
It is located at 1888 E. Jessica Drive.
