CAYUGA, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A Cayuga man is facing charges after he allegedly pointed a gun at a student.
Nicholas Lamb, 23, was arrested Thursday on charges of pointing a firearm, intimidation, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
The incident began Thursday afternoon when officials at North Vermillion High School notified Cayuga Town Marshal’s Office that a man, later identified as Lamb, had pointed a gun at a student at a bus stop.
Nicholas was located at his residence on Second Street in Cayuga. He admitted to pointing a BB gun at the student and the bus.
During a search of his residence, agents located paraphernalia and illegal substances. He was taken into custody and transported to the Vermillion County Jail.
Nicholas is currently being held on a no bond warrant hold for Indiana Department of Corrections parole division.
