TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Those who attended the modified Vigo County fair Saturday, had the chance to see some nice rides.
The “Country Fried” car show started off the day’s events.
Dozens of cars were lined up with their hoods open and thirty trophies were given out.
Officials from the Vigo county fair association said having the car show was a safe way to have a good time.
“Everybody is just anxious to get out. So to be able to provide a facility that were able to social distance. You know for us that’s just great. I mean we’re happy to see people out we had a great truck and tractor pull last night,” said Jenny Hamilton, with the fair association.
The night continued at the fairgrounds with a “Country Fried Concert”.
Sunday the weekend of the events will end with the World of Outlaws races at the Action Track.
