TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Maryland Community Church in Terre Haute had thousands in attendance across several Christmas Eve services.
There were five different services for churchgoers to choose from on the holiday weekend between the two campuses in Terre Haute.
The brief power outage on Sunday morning almost led to a candelight-only service at 9:30 a.m. but the power did come back on to only slightly delay the service.
There was also a Spanish translator at the 9:30 a.m. service, which will now be a permanent part of that service at the State Road 46 location.
The services included live music, testimonials, and beautiful candlelight.
