TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A ribbon cutting was held Wednesday for the expansion of Greek’s Pizzeria to a second location in Terre Haute.
The Indiana-based franchise already has a location on Wabash Avenue in Terre Haute. Now, a second location has opened, located in the same building as Top Guns on S. 7th Street on the city’s south side.
While the ribbon cutting was held Wednesday, the location’s owner Justin Fox said they had been operating for some time after holding a soft opening earlier. He added that the response from customers has been great and he’s thankful for the community’s support.
“We’ve had a great response from our location downtown. Unfortunately, it’s pretty far for some people to drive. That’s probably our biggest response we’ve gotten from people coming in,” Fox said. “This opportunity presented itself a couple of months ago, and we thought that we’d bring another location to the south side and make it easier for people to get the best pizza in Terre Haute.”
