UDPATE: The names of the victims in a quadruple-fatal crash in Daviess Co. have been identified.
Matthew Grimes was traveling southbound when, for an unknown reason, failed to yield to the right of way at the intersection of State Road 58 and CR 425 E., and pulled into the path of a vehicle driven by Rodney Page.
Matthew Grimes, 26, of Evansville, Ind., Jessica Krohn, 24, of Evansville, Ind., Maddalynn Grimes, age 5, (Matthew’s daughter) of North Charleston, S.C. and Isabella Pfingston, age 7, of Boonville, Ind. were all killed in the collision.
Rodney Page, age 41 from Plainville, Ind. was transported to the Daviess Community Hospital with a head injury.
Neither alcohol nor drugs arebelieved to be a factor at this time; however toxicology reports are pending.

DAVIESS CO., Ind. — Four people died in a fatal crash Thursday night in Daviess County.
This evening, at 6:30 the Daviess County Sheriffs Office responded to an accident at the intersection of State Road 58 and CR 425 E.
A south bound vehicle, for an unknown reason, failed to yield the right of way to a westbound vehicle at this intersection.
The wreck killed all those in the southbound vehicle, two adults and two children.
The driver of the westbound vehicle was transported to the Daviess Community Hospital with a head injury.
Families have been notified.
The investigation is continuing.
