TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — One four-legged member of the Terre Haute Police Department will soon have new protective gear thanks to a charitable donation.
K9 Pitts will receive a bullet and stab protective vest from the non-profit organization Vested Interest in K9s, Inc.
K9 Pitts’ vest is sponsored by NaturVet, and it will be embroidered with the sentiment “This gift of protection provided by NaturVet.”
Delivery is expected within eight to ten weeks.
