The charge against Terry Stremming stemmed from an incident that occurred April 22.
According to court records, Stremming went to the Knox County Prosecutor’s Office in an attempt to remove a laptop that was being held as evidence in a misconduct case against another officer in the Bicknell Police Department.
When the victim kept Stremming from taking the laptop, he allegedly pushed her against a wall.
