The Vermillion County Sheriff’s Department arrests a man accused of driving a stolen SUV.
Jacob Smith, 24, of Morris, Illinois faces an auto theft charge.
A deputy pulled Smith over on State Road 63.
According to the sheriff’s department, the vehicle was reported stolen out of Grundy County, Illinois.
