VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – A federal judge rules Vigo County must pay the attorney fees for a plaintiff in the jail overcrowding lawsuit.
Jauston Huerta reached a settlement with the county earlier this year in his personal injury claim.
New court documents show the county is ordered to pay $16,000 in Huerta’s attorney fees.
According to court documents, both parties agreed to that amount.
