VERMILLION Co., Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A man was cited for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
Henry Hall Jr., 23, was traveling northbound on S.R. 63 without headlights on.
A traffic stop was conducted and there was odor of marijuana coming the vehicle.
Hall was found to be wanted in Ohio for weapon violations.
Hall is being held in the Vermillion County Jail awaiting transfer to Ohio.
