According to a department release, deputies and detectives launched an investigation Friday night after being dispatched to Good Samaritan Hospital for a possible sexual assault of a child.
Andrew Derouin of Bicknell was arrested following the investigation. Derouin faces a Level 1 felony charge of child molestation, a Level 2 felony charge of rape, and a charge of domestic battery.
Derouin was booked into the Knox County Correctional Facility on $75 thousand cash bond.
