VIGO COUNTY, Ind. — (WTWO/WAWV) — A Terre Haute woman was arrested Sunday after police say she was driving under the influence with her 14-year-old daughter in the vehicle.
Lindsay C. Chatman, 37, of Terre Haute was pulled over by an Indiana State trooper after showing signs of impairment while driving. Her blood alcohol content was 0.13%, according to police.
Chatman was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated with a passenger less than 18 years of age and neglect of a dependent. She was taken to the Vigo County Jail where she is currently being held without bond.
Her daughter was released to a family member.
