Terre Haute police arrested Dawn Bailey Monday in connection to an Oct. 12 stabbing in the 1600 block of Liberty Avenue.
At the time of Bailey’s arrest, she was already incarcerated in the Vigo County Jail on battery and escape charges. She is now being held on $100,000 cash bond on the new charge.
