MARSHALL, Ill. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Gaslight Art Colony held its 14th annual Student Art Show, with an opening reception this past Saturday at Marshall’s Autumn Festival.
Students were assigned to create art pieces with the number 15 somewhere in their work to celebrate the Gaslight Art Colony’s 15th anniversary. The theme is an interactive challenge for visitors to find the way 15 is displayed in each piece of art.
You will have until October 12, to visit the art show and vote for the “People’s Choice Award”.
The Gaslight Art Colony is located at 516 Archer Ave in Marshall, Illinois. Their hours are 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. Also on Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
