TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A Terre Haute man is in custody, facing nine felony charges related to child molestation and sexual misconduct with a minor.
According to jail records Montreal T. Snodey was arrested on Monday, and is being held on $50,000 bond with no 10% allowed.
A probable cause affidavit filed in the case indicates at least four young girls have alleged numerous instances of sexual abuse from Snodey between 2019 and February of 2023. One victim’s parents told police the girl had told them Snodey had been raping her over the course of a year starting around Easter of 2020.
