TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Area residents may have noticed that demolition has begun on the old AMC Theater building in Terre Haute located at 3131 S 3rd Place.
Ryan Noonan, vice president of corporate communications for AMC, has confirmed via email that the property is still owned by AMC Theaters. Noonan said that the location is still listed for sale, and once the demolition is complete the sale listing will be adjusted to be for the land.
Demolition is expected to be finished by the end of the month.
