TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Dedicated to nurturing the environment, feeding Terre Haute’s hungry and empowering children, reTHink, Inc. depends on its annual fundraiser Replay Runway, in which local celebrities and politicians design and model often amusing costumes made entirely out of recycled items.
This year, reTHink rented out a 4,000 square-foot space for its event that would raise funds to create a plastic up-cycling center and a zero-waste store. Plans were scotched by the pandemic, so the models recorded a virtual show. Funds will be raised by voting online for the best costume.
