TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, Baesler’s Market is encouraging women to unite to celebrate “Galentine’s Day” a little early.
It’s a theme borrowed from the hit show Parks and Rec., but here in the Valley a group of women met at the Meadows Banquet Hall to get crafty.
Staff from Baesler’s bakery showed their gal pals some cake decorating techniques. Like properly icing a cake, making a cake boarder and even adding a special touch, making flowers.
Proceeds go to Rethink Inc’s Replay Runway event.
