TERRE HAUTE, Ind., (WTWO/WAWV)– Anti-war protesters gathered at the Vigo Co. courthouse to protest the recent tensions between the U.S. and Iran.
Peace organizations like
CodePink
and
Move On
facilitated demonstrations nationwide.
Demonstrations were also in other Indiana cities such as Evansville and Bloomington.
Cathy Mcguire, a demonstration organizer, said she is concerned about the future.
“It makes me worried…you know confused..I don’t know what’s going to be next,” said said Mcguire.
Mcguire and others plan to continue these demonstrations in the weeks to come.
