The Greene County Sheriff’s office said the crash happened around 4:51 p.m. in the area of West State Road 48 and County Road North 1000 West.
The driver of one of the vehicles, Richard Neighbors of Bowling Green, Kentucky was pronounced dead at the scene.
His passenger, Amy Neighbors was extracted from the vehicle and flown to Terre Haute Regional Hospital with injuries.
The driver and passenger of the other vehicle involved were not injured.
Indiana State Police are conducting a reconstruction of the accident.
No charges have been filed.
