VIGO Co., Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Vigo County Commissioners voted in favor of a local development agreement for a proposed Hard Rock branded casino to come to Terre Haute.
Spectacle Jack, LLC presented the local development agreement last Tuesday.

Based on the agreement, the $125 million casino would be located the east side of Terre Haute near the intersection of State Road 46 and Interstate 70.
It also outlines how the estimated $6 million in tax revenue would be handled. Now that commissioners have approved the agreement, it will be sent to the Indiana Gaming Commission for further approval.
