The wreck happened on West Washington street just east of county road 200 West. 26-year-old Rachel Whitlock had two children in her car. She claimed her vehicle was sliding on icy roadways.
She collided with 47-year-old Melissa Horton of Carlisle. Horton was taken to the Sulllivan County Hospital for Back Pain
The two children were taken to the hospital for evaluation. Both were in car seats at the time of the crash and sustained no serious injuries. Whitlock was cited for speed too fast for road conditions.
