Terre Haute, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) The Vigo County Highway Department has been preparing its equipment for winter weather.
According to the department’s superintendent, Dan Bennett, workers have been driving their routes to become familiar with them.
The department also has the supplies it needs like salt and sand.
