The girl allegedly touched a wall in a home near south 11 1-2 Street in Terre Haute. Her mom said the wall was wet due to the roof leaking. She suffered first and second degree burns, but the injuries are non-life threatening, Fisher said.
According to Fisher, the girl’s polyester pants melted from the shock.
