BRAZIL, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A man previously convicted in Clay County of driving under the influence resulting in death is once again in hot water for his driving habits.
The Clay County Probation Office Tuesday filed a petition to revoke the probation of Dylan Thompson after he was caught driving on a suspended license in another county.
In 2017, Thompson was sentenced to three years in the Indiana Department of Corrections for a drunk driving accident the year prior that claimed the life of 29-year-old Morgan “Brittany” Pritchard.
He was granted probation in December of 2018.
On Oct. 12, Thompson was arrested for driving on a suspended license in Orange County, prompting the Clay County Probation Department to file to revoke his probation.
A hearing on the probation violation is scheduled for December.
