MARTINSVILLE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Morgan County Sheriff’s Department asked for help from the public in identifying a homicide victim.
The body of the victim was found on Mann Road on the northern side of the county Friday.
Investigator released a photo of the earrings the victim was wearing in an attempt to identify the person.
