A Terre Haute couple is facing multiple charges after providing drugs to and participating in sexual acts with a juvenile, according to court documents.
Barbara Day and David Day appeared in Vigo County Court on Thursday where probable cause was found to charge the pair with several offenses.
The juvenile was given marijuana while the couple smoked methamphetamine, according to court documents.
David Day is also accused of having sexual intercourse with the juvenile.
Both parties were charged with felony sex crimes of vicarious sexual gratification and sexual misconduct with a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and misdemeanor charges of possession of paraphernalia.
