Hi! My name is Baley Halberstadt and I am the current Midday Host for HI99 WTHI in Terre Haute and the Promotions Director for our five station cluster. I graduated from North Central High School in 2013 – Go T-Birds! – and I’m also a very proud Class of 2017 Indiana State University grad with a degree in Electronic Media that I happily use every day.

I started with Midwest Communications as a part-time employee back in 2016 and worked my way up to my current position as Promotions Director and full time air staff member on HI99. The funny thing is I grew up listening to HI99 and it was the reason I fell in love with country music, so it’s a very cool full circle career moment for me. (Every day on the school bus, our driver would tune into the station and I would quiz myself on the names of songs and artists and memorize the lyrics of my favorite songs! Nerdy? Maybe… but I guess it sort of paid off.)

I’ve lived in the Wabash Valley my entire life and love it so much! When I’m not at work, you can find my watching way too much Netflix with my dog, enjoying a bottle of wine, and playing board games and crafting with my friends!
